Title: Cyber defense competitions

Are there any upcoming cyber defense competitions and if so how do you partcipate in them as a blue or red team member?

The majority of them i see are geared for high school or college kids which im well past that age...lol

CCDC is the one I'm most familiar with: http://www.nationalccdc.org/

You can volunteer, even if you're above "college age." I'm on-board for RMCCDC.

Conferences tend to have a variety of competitions as well.
