Just saw this on LinkedIn, thought i'd share it. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'll put it out there for community input. Maybe someone is familiar with Hack-A-Server?

It's normal to be skeptical and I hope after we'll start HackAdemy, EH community to participate on this project.

My name is Marius Corici and I am Co-Founder for Hack a Server project and HackAdemy.

As I said in the article, there is a need and I am sure HackAdemy can fill this need. We already have over 230 registered users as we speak and over 1800 on Hack a Server who would be willing to learn from people like you; well trained and experienced specialists in security. For example we already have receive requests from people who like to share their knowledge about InfoSec industry.

HackAdemy will never replace good world wide companies that train and certificate ethical hackers. HackAdemy is the place to complete those companies.

Is like Open Source but for knowledge: Open Knowledge.
And if I have this opportunity, urge you to help us with whatever you can: Feedback and/or taught others.

Don... you just fire up my blood system. Frankly I didn't expect this encouraging answer.

I was about to kindly ask your help as ethical hacking community and for that I was started to write a special article for EH community. Soon I will finish I will publish in a new thread.

Just tell me what you need to spread the word. We still looking for teachers/instructors who are willing to start with. Moreover, if yesterday were over 270 registered users, today are over 600.

Well I just signed up after reading it. I am looking forward to the site, and seeing what it offers. I'm just starting to learn about security and need a stepping stone.  I do work in the I.T dept but most of it is help desk and some server things. But I really looking forward on learning more about security and pen testing.

I will my phone for openening day. ;-)

This sounds like a good stuff.
