Title: WPA Cracking

Hi all,

Is there any other way to crack WPA than doing

aircrack -w wordfile blar.cap

I have hear that using a rainbow table is alot fast ?

coWPAtty or SpoonWPA (demo at http://neovortex.kodings.googlepages.com/spoonwpavid.htm - thanks xXxKrisxXx for the link) . Yes, rainbow tables are faster, but the rainbow table must be generated with an identical SSID. Not hard to find for the more common SSIDs...check out Church of WiFi (www.renderlab.net/projects/WPA-tables/).

Mr Razor is right. However, you could generate rainbow tables for common SSIDs, like linksys and such, but otherwise you can't do much.

Just a quick note. If you can not find the WPA tables (the 33 Gig) no more (there are some problems with death links) I can upload them on torrent if you want to. Just send me a PM on the forum.
