We're looking to hire another person to do support in Louisiana. Responsibilities will typically include helping customers install a VMware appliance that contains our software, and also helping them configure it through a web-based portal. People who start in this role are typically able to transition into a more interesting analyst role as they increase their skills and positions become available. This is a great way to get your foot in the door if you're trying to break into a full-time security position.

Pay will be competitive with similar positions, and we offer other benefits, such as health and dental, as well.
