Title: Secure AID

I want to inquire about EC Council's Secure AID Program, when I click " Apply Here " on

http://www.eccouncil.org/training/ec-council_secure_aid_program.aspx

it provides me with error saying that resource not found .
I have tried emailing EC Council but so far they havnt replied to my query .

Can anyone help me in some scholarship things ....

It's already over, unfortunately (2009). I really hope that a same or similar program will be organized by EC-Council this year too.
