This would be a great tool for complying Home Health Agencies as well as Infosec in the hospitals in our country. Hopefully you guys could give us a link on this one that would really fit in this thread. I did try checking out CMS but goodness the site is overwhelming with information.
Title: Re: HIPAA - IT Risk Analysis Template Post by: Dengar13 on September 23, 2009, 05:13:26 AM The only thing I was able to obtain was the kit you can buy that has all of that applicable templates we need for HIPAA. They cost several hundred dollars so it was a good investment. The templates aren't the best, but they do give you a good starting point.
