The ISC2 CPE credits go toward maintaining CISSP, for those who have it. There is a requirement for CISSP's to obtain a certain amount of CPE credits to stay valid. (I don't know the number and specifics offhand, as I'm not a CISSP (it's on my list of things to do, but time.....) I know ISC2's website has all of the CPE details. Hope that clarifies a bit.
