Just curious is anyone else having problems accessing the CEH portal, whenever i visit the site i always get a message that the network has timed out, i have tried accessing the site on multiple machines. You most likely have been flagged by the firewall and are being blocked. Try sending an email to haja@eccouncil.org with your IP/ISP info so he can fix it for you.
