Title: Random DHS Question
Post by: BillV on August 08, 2008, 01:23:37 PM
Does anyone know why the Department of Homeland Security website uses an X in the front of their sub-directories?

Ex's:
http://www.dhs.gov/xinfoshare/
http://www.dhs.gov/xres/

I don't know but I would guess that they use the "x" to signify external.  I have no idea why they would do that but it is the government.
