It doesn't come by default with all *NIX distros you know.
BTW, why are there Python scripts in a Ruby indexer. (FYI, I am not familiar with neither Python, Ruby nor Ferret). Title: Re: Ferret Post by: Kev on July 04, 2008, 05:08:57 PM Yes that's true. Many times when you have problems with python its because you dont have it downloaded. Also with ferret you have to make sure your browser is set to the proper proxy configuration correctly. Even with all that Ferret can be a little buggy so don't always expect perfect results. Ferret is a windows app. If you are using linux you must use wifizoo instead of ferret.
