Here's a gem I fished out of my spam. It was sent to me by PrepLogic. It's a free 105 page PDF document on Windows CLI commands. You'll have to enter a valid e-mail address to download. There's a few comands missing that I've noticed such as ping, tracert, net and nslookup, but it's a useful document nevertheless.
