I am going to have the unique opportunity to separately interview these individuals in the coming weeks.  Although I have a few ideas of what I would like to talk to them about I think that it would be great to get a few questions from this group.

several quetions i always have security professionals:

-how did you get started in the security biz?

-what do you recommend for people just starting out or wanting to get into the security biz?  what to know, what to work on, etc?

-what do you see as the future threats and/or technologies coming at us?

-got any cool new tool or project to tell us about?
